Governors Point Property Owner's Improvement Association, Inc.

The next Board meeting will be held May 7, 2024 at the clubhouse by the swimming pool.

The Governors Point Property Owners Association is governed by Members of the Board of Directors. The Board is composed of five members with offices of President, Vice-President, Secretary,Treasurer and Member at Large. The Board members are elected by members of the Association at an annual meeting held in June. Each Board member serves for a period of three years.

The Board meets the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM at the clubhouse by the swimming pool. Board meetings are open to all property owners and we encourage your attendance and input! Meeting notices and the agenda will be posted on the website and on our new notice board at the swimming pool. The meeting minutes are posted below.
